In my opinion is very important that the British police have captured since now it will open an investigation and that investigation might lead to related attacks in England or Europe

Audience The audience target in this news article is all the people in the UK and especially the people of west London, because the attack was there, and it inform that they have pictures of the suspect so it is to inform local people.

I think the bias the would to be inside against terrorist attacks. Since terrorist attack it only creates a separation between the communities.While also joins more the community in hope to create a better place to live.
